I hang my head in shame, because for me it is so obvious that the leaders of the Western World, the EU, UK and USA, are hell bent on starting a war with Russia. The underhanded manner that they have employed with the spy who was poisoned in the cold, England, leaves me shamefaced and embarrassed of my English ancestry.
I am no expert, (an ex is a has-been and a spurt is a drip under pressure) however I am under the impression that the war they want to start is an effort to save the Dollar, and maybe the Pound and Euro as well.
News of the Petro-Yuan facilitating oil trade between Russia and China must have the Dollar's owners trembling in their boots. So China buys over 60 million tons of oil a year, which they can now pay for without using the Dollar. And with the BRICS deals, this trend looks to increase.
The appointment of John Bolton as the USA's national security advisor sends a deafening scarlet scream out to the peace-loving world. Expelling the Russian diplomats signals a problem we, the people, can't ignore.
It's turmoil, like a pot of boiling snakes. But nothing like the turmoil we have here at home. Gwede Mantashe seems to be the only politician with half a brain calling for level headed thinking in the land expropriation without compensation debacle. Our constitution allows for this, however it needs to be systematic and managed correctly and within the confines of our constitution and our national laws. It can be done and it surely must be done, within reason of course. There's the problem.
Zuma will be getting his day in court, maybe more than just the one day. I hope we get some of the money back. However with the appeals process and Shaun in the way, the legal system is prone to a little raping of its own. The appeals process could go on for at least four years before the case even begins. And for Cyril to agree to let us, the people of South Africa, pay for Zuma's legal fees, I fear my faith in his mettle has been tested.
Cyril still holds a lot of hope for the average South African, the rumours about his salary have left me feeling a little deflated, there we were thinking that a man with so much wealth wouldn't be greedy, but there we go, so much bucks.
So now that it looks like Cambridge Analytica, a company or some sort, may be the actual influence in the American election, and the Brexit poll, where Facebook is accused of having facilitated the use of millions of people's private data to allow the upper hand to be chosen.
So with the rate of farm murders seeming to be on the increase and the total denial by anybody who might be able to do something about it getting worse and not better, I am appalled to see that tampering with a cricket ball can get so much attention and brutal murder gets ignored.
