Ingredients:
  • Sparkling Mineral Water
  • Vanilla flavored vodka
  • A splash of pomegranate juice
  • Strawberries for garnish

Directions:
Add Sparkling water, vodka, and pomegranate juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake gently. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with strawberries.

Valentine's NightRomance
Ingredients:
  • 1oz Pineapple rum
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1oz Pineapple Juice
  • ? bottle of Pink Grapefruit Sparkling ICE

Directions:
Stir gently rum, vodka and pineapple juice and garnish with mint. Finish with Grapefruit ICE

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup (or 2 tsp. superfine sugar)
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • Brut Champagne or other dry sparkling wine

Directions:
Combine gin, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne glass. Fill with Champagne. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

  • 1 oz. CAMUS VS Elegance Cognac
  • oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • oz. passion fruit concentrate

Directions:
Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an edible flower.
