Mfushane Consulting Services Launches in KZN
Local entrepreneur, Mike Newton launched his consulting firm, Mfushane last Friday at the Royal Natal Yacht Club. The attendees included captains of industry, academia and a sprinkling of government representatives.
"With the launch of the South African Arm of this consultancy, we are now able to offer services around development of Macro-economic projects, but with a primary focus of including the local resilient and creative entrepreneur and value conscious consumers." Said Mike Newton.
"The reason we have called the local community to these projects is that we want to ensure that there is a benefit to all concerned and not just to a chosen few. We have managed to prepare a model where the bottom of the pyramid clients will be included in every project."
Also present to launch the Poverty Eradication Foundation was Basil Sikhakhane from First Metro Housing Company. Combined with Mfushane, the Marina Project was launched, which will see numerous local community members who live close to the coastline, participating in the running of and the administration of small marinas located strategically north and south of Durban harbour.
"Remember the day the 9th of February 2018 as this is a very important day for all of us" said Basil, "This is the day that change happened in this province."
Mike is current working on numerous projects in Mauritius and has come back to KZN to assist with the launching of new development projects to help with the inclusive growth of local economy.
