Pick n Pay Umhlanga Crescent

Pick n Pay Umhlanga Crescent

Date: 2015-11-06
Pick n Pay Umhlanga Crescent store has been refurbished to match the design and innovation of the first three Next Generation stores that have opened in Blue Hills in Midrand; Benmore in Gauteng and Glen Garry in Cape Town.

The refurbished store that opens today offers customers a new look and layout with well-lit Òdestination areasÓ boasting exciting new and expanded product ranges, especially fresh produce. Customers can look forward to improvements in the health and beauty, wine, tea and coffee and houseware departments. The food product range has also been extended and handpicked with the needs of the surrounding community in mind.

Lighting in the store has been vastly improved to make shopping a more inviting and pleasant experience. The aisles are wider and Hero departments such as the butchery, deli, fish and cheese sections have been given a fresh look with new service counters, improved lighting and colourful displays. Each section is colour coded with larger signage and there are better lines of visibility so that customers can easily spot the next attraction while moving through the store.

Pick n Pay understands that people want a better life for themselves and their families. The NextGen stores allow Pick n Pay to offer customers new products, better value, innovation and enhanced service both in-store and online, said Adrian Naude, Pick n Pay.
