"Have you heard the good news Zuma is going" I kid you not, these are the words to a song that crowds at Cosatu were singing while waiting for Jacob to try and address them in a May Day Rally in Bloemfontein on Monday the 1st. Jacob was gate crashing the Cosatu meeting and apparently wasn't even meant to be saying a speech, but all speeches were cancelled for that day.
Other Zuma loyalists were also booed and heckled including Baleka Mbete, Naledi Pandor and Jessie Duarte, at other meetings around the country.
So now it is not just the white middle class that want him gone, it is the core of the ANC's power, COSATU, that has recognised Jacob for what he is. There is so much hope for us as a nation now, it brings tears to my eyes. We might not get Nkosazana as our next president after all. Now if we could just get rid of that pesky eToll drain on oour financial resources all would be good.
First we will need to bring our very own war mongering politician, Chris Malikane, to stop calling for civil war and inciting violence and sprouting mindless drivel. We can do this, we can fix the country, but we have to do it together.
That pop, pop, popping sound you may be hearing could just be Jacob Zuma's supporters pulling their heads out of the sand only to realise that Radical Economic Transformation actually means radically draining the country's federal bank into the pockets of a few locals and a family or two of immigrants.
How embarassing it must be for Jacob when Gwede Mantashe and Cyril Ramaphosa denied appolgising for publicly criticising him, Jacob stands accused of having lied and said that they had. His lies are being exposed one after another with the allegations that Jacob tried to silence a witness in his arms deal swindle coming to light. Wow, he is crashing and burning, just not fast enough for my liking.
DA Leader Mmusi Maimane said Zuma has turned the government into "a crime syndicate" and the National Treasury into his personal "piggy bank". He also went on to say, "When the government works for everyone, it builds the water, electricity, transport and communications infrastructure necessary for businesses to grow and thrive. It puts it best, brightest, most capable and experienced people into its cabinet."
Ministers are cashing in their lot and resigning one after the other and yet there are still those tunnel vision followers who still insist that Zuma is the man. Mandela built a Nation, Mbeki built a country and Jacob is tearing it all down and giving it away, leaving a ruin in his wake, in his effort to avoid prosecution. How far do you think he will go to get that right
Donald is taking things really far, he pushed so hard that China is now demanding he put a stop to deploying his missile base in South Korea. Maybe they woke up to the fact that the base gives America striking range to China, Japan and Russia, and we are supposed to beilieve that it is just a defence missile system. How stupid do we look That stupid Maybe not.
