Palm Lakes Booming!

There is a resonating buzz in the North coast property market with all the good vibrations coming from the Palm Lakes Estate development, which is situated just outside Ballito.

Most of the buzzing is over the launch of the Trinityhouse School, which is planning to open its doors in January of 2013, filling a much-needed gap in the schooling service providers for the area.

More exciting news surrounding the prestigious Palm Lakes Development is the appointment of Seeff Properties. When speaking to Palm Lakes CEO Wim Sak, at their new sales office in the Lifestyle Centre in Ballito, Wim spoke animatedly of the incredible interest that Palm Lakes has been receiving from homebuyers from across the country.

"As more and more people move to the north coast the demand for secure upmarket and affordable lifestyle continues to grow." Wim told The Bugle. Andreas Wassenar, Principal Agent at Seeff Ballito, is excited about his new appointment, Andreas has extensive experience in property sales on the north coast and explained to The Bugle, "Sunset Place at Palm Lakes is a perfect retirement investment, with the present high rentals and the vast number of people moving to the area, you cannot find a better development and it's just twelve kilometres from Ballito."

Seeff sales agent Ryan Hunt, has been heading the Palm Lakes road shows and has seen amazing interest in the development countrywide, saying that Palm Lakes' approach to property sales is very progressive, having just returned from Johannesburg with secured interest and positive sales responsiveness.

"There are so many unique points to the development," Ryan told The Bugle, "Firstly it's the soon to be opened school. Imagine your child riding his bicycle to school, everyday, it surely brings back the romantic notion of living the old South African lifestyle, within a safe and healthy community environment." Ryan added, "Palm Lakes boasts astonishing facilities for their residents such as a fully operational clubhouse, fishing lakes, bike and jogging trails, a golf driving range and a state of the art security system with 24 hour protection for it's residents." He enthused, "Where else can you get this kind of wholesome lifestyle opportunity for as little as R850 000.00?" explaining that Palm Lakes is the one place where young families can afford to build their dream home.

Ryan explained, "One of the most fantastic drawing cards to the Palm Lakes development, is that the rentals on properties within the estate cover most of the owner's bond."

Wim Sak is confident that the Palm Lakes development has the right attributes to entice new residents to the north coast, "We believe in the mega potential of our estate and with the professional and significant representation of our agents as well as agents from Stedone Homes, Seeff and Remax, we will secure continued progress at Palm Lakes Estate."
