It may be a revelation to some individuals that governments and big corporations worldwide have been withholding information from society that is vital for our basic health.

For more than a century through government policy our schools have ingrained our developing minds with misinformation about the human digestive system and what is considered a healthy diet

By altering your diet you are able to take control of the level of toxic build up and the level of nutrition in your body.

I’m not suggesting radical changes that would create stress, rather consider adopting one or two new dietary habits that will, over time, help you to let go of some of your old habits that are not beneficial.

Knowing that most illnesses are caused by toxicity and stress, it is of the utmost importance that you start with a daily detox habit. It is not a good idea to try and catch up for the many years of abuse by doing an intense detoxification program over a short period, this will ultimately cause more damage to your liver and kidneys.

Firstly slow down on the amount of meat and cheese you eat, its not environmentally sustainable and its not doing your body any favours, but you already know that... right??

Secondly, I suggest including a daily intake of 150ml to 200ml of freshly squeezed herb, vegetable and fruit juice to your morning routine. This will load your system with a host of vitamins and minerals in the form your body is capable of absorbing as well as gently stripping your body of unwanted toxins.

Including cold pressed Cannabis juice into your new juicing program will take it to the next level, as this magical plant provides a host of phyto - cannabinoids which, amongst other things , stimulates intercellular communication within your body. In this state your body is able to utilize the nutrients you've made available to repair and heal your body from a simple cold or even serious conditions such as Cancer, Diabetes, Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis.
