Storytelling Through Wildlife Photography
The ZEMA Monthly Environmental Talks got off to a good start in 2020 as Zimbali residents came out in their droves to listen to Phinda game guide and National Geographic photographer Matt Yardley talk us through the stories behind some of his most captivating photographs.
A mini photographic exhibition was set up in the BBC, where Matt's incredible work was displayed. Residents came down early for a bite to eat, an opportunity to mingle and catch up with friends and to chat with Matt one-on-one.
The presentation was well attended and thoroughly enjoyed by all that were present. Matt imparted with some invaluable photography advice whilst wowing us with his incredible wildlife shots and amazing bush stories.
The next ZEMA Monthly Environmental Talk will be on Zimbali's Crowned Eagles, presented by Zimbali's very own Richard Mckibbin - who knows more about the history and dynamics of our estates Crowned Eagles. Richard will also be giving us an update on the new pair and their fledgling chick that is currently on the nest.
