All 7 In One - Suzuki Ertiga

All 7 In One - Suzuki Ertiga

Author: Tomas Yoko

The Suzuki Ertiga swallows up seven people in one go, providing a comfortable seat for each person, as well as enough legroom and a fair amount of space for luggage as well.

The Suzuki Ertiga is proving to be one of the most popular seven-seater cars out there, with a pocket pleasing price and a long list of high-end spec and features. For me the air-conditioned cup holders are a winner and the extra 12v power outlet for the third row of seats tells of the thought that went into the new Ertiga.

The integrated radio, with USB and Bluetooth connectivity heads up the list of creature comforts in the new Ertiga, which is longer and wider than the previous model. Andre Venter, divisional manager for sales and marketing at Suzuki South Africa spoke about the new Ertiga saying, "Our engineers and designers have worked hard to create an MPV that truly delivers on its paper promises. There is more space, and even adults can comfortably use the third row of seats. There is also more power from the new 1.5 litre engine and it sports a higher specification level throughout the range."

Safety is paramount and Suzuki have provided the Ertiga with two airbags for the front passengers and boosted brakes with ABS and EBD, and for those big families who will love this car, Suzuki has added ISOFIX-approved seat anchors for baby seats. The GL model Ertiga also gets a reverse parking sensor system.

The new K15B engine in the Suzuki Ertiga is a fuel efficient 1.5 litre, fuel injected petrol engine with VVT, delivering 77 kilowatts and 138 Newton meters of torque. A five speed manual or four speed automatic transmission give you both options.

Check out the seven-seater people mover from Suzuki that is taking the market by storm. Call them in Umhlanga on 031 - 502 5565 or Ballito on 032 - 946 5820 and bring six friends.
