The 5-star Hotel Izulu in Ballito continues to tantalize the taste buds with its Valentines Dinner menu, created by the Executive Chef, Karel Jacobs. The menu aspires to offer yet another experience in the culinary journeys Hotel Izulu has become renowned for in KwaZulu-Natal.
Valentine's Dinner
Served in Gigi's brasserie will be abeautifully presented, signature 4 course menu, at R280.00 per person has been created for guests to enjoy. The menu boasts Smoked Franschhoek Salmon Trout salad with roasted almonds, rocket and gorgonzola cheese served with balsamic and parmesan vinaigrette or a Chilled Roasted Carrot and OrangeSoup finished with Beetroot Puree. Next is a refreshing Strawberry, Champagne and Rose Water Sorbet followed by the main course which consists of Grilled Fillet of Beef with seasonal roasted vegetables and spinach and mint mashed potatoes with a port jus or Teriyaki Salmon with roasted pistachio nuts served with a peppadew and parmesan risotto and butter wilted Pak Choi.
For the grand finale, a Chocolate parfaitand Lindt marble chocolate parfait heart with fresh berries and spun sugar is presented.
