Mr Price

Date: 2014-03-21
Graham Daniel (Mr Price Pro Ballito event director) and Councillor Ricardo Mthembu (KwaDukuza Municipality Mayor) unveiled the new poster for the 2014 edition of the Mr Price Price Pro Ballito at the media launch for the event, held at the Boathouse in Ballito on March 14, featuring defending champion Julian Wilson from Australia.

The Mr Price Price Pro Ballito will run at Willard Beach from June 30 - July 6 and feature the top 96 surfers in the world from 18 countries with over R2,7 million rand in prize money.

The international surfing event has been highlighted by South African Tourism as one South Africa's premiere outdoor events to attend alongside the Comrades Marathon, Dusi Canoe Marathon, the Midmar Mile, the Two Oceans Marathon, the Cape Epic and The Argus Cycle Tour.

The Mr Price Pro Ballito will also host South Africa's leading bands for two nights of free concerts at Salt Rock Beach on July 3 and 4 and a beach festival with non-stop recreational and retail activities throughout the week long event.
