"There is a Rhythm to Africa. Deep inside the people of Africa, the nature, the animals and plants, there is this beautiful Rhythm of Africa", says Anurag AroraI Meditate Africa Spiritual Teacher from India. "If we see unrest in societies, xenophobia, disharmony in relationships or ill health it's because our stresses and negativities have taken over this rhythm. Spirituality is all about rediscovering and restoring this true rhythm - tuning ourselves to the natural rhythm within us. It starts with individuals and is propagated outwards to surroundings, towns, societies, countries, continents and the whole of nature. Meditation, knowledge and yoga is the way to achieve that."
