Ground has now been officially broken on Palm Lakes Retirement Village, signalling the start of the next phase of development for Royal Palm Property Holdings' family lifestyle estate, Palm Lakes.
Groundbreaking took place on 4 December, with infrustructure such as roads (to be built by R&B Pipeline Contractors) and services to be completed first. The first 2 showhouses will be ready and furnished by March 2014, with occupancy scheduled for April. Occupancy of secitonal title units is planned for later in 2014.
