Worlds A Part

Sudhir Nunnan knows all to well the importance of getting it right the first time. His position as Parts Manager at CMH Suzuki Umhlanga puts him to the test time and again, and Sudhir comes up smiling.

"It is mostly good planning and management," Sudhir told me while I was nosing my way around his parts store, "emergency parts are always a challenge but we have a comprehensive system with speedy delivery and supply chains."

Obviously it is not practical to keep every part of every model in store, however Sudhir is well versed with the needs of his customer base and very well connected when it comes to getting parts delivered to his dealership. "I can have the parts I need delivered in a very short space of time," Sudhir boasted.

As a member of the dynamic team at CMH Suzuki Umhlanga, Sudhir is quick to smile and to make light of the situation, however his mature manner and dedication to providing a professional service cannot be questioned. "The backup we get from Suzuki South Africa is excellent and their turn around times are world class, they have a very professional approach to service delivery," he added.

So for a cool calm and collected approach to your parts dilemma, contact Sudhir at CMH Suzuki Umhlanga.
