Mothers Day - Beautiful Lashes

Mothers Day - Beautiful Lashes

Date: 2013-05-02
There might be more to your blink than you think. "Lashes' primary purpose is to keep debris out of the eyes, but they're also big communicators," says David Givens, Ph.D., director of the Center for Nonverbal Studies, in Spokane, Washington. When we're attracted to someone, our heart rate goes up, we get a flush in the cheeks - and we blink more often. "Eyelash batting is an ancient, subconscious signal of interest, and in almost every culture around the world, women have worked to make their lashes longer and more visible." Givens adds, "Think about silent movies -- before there was sound to lend drama, there were lashes."Even if you're not blessed with the longest, thickest lashes, you can naturally enhance them with a few simple tricks.

Here are four easy ways to naturally lengthen your eyelashes.

Natural Oils:
You can make use of oils such as the olive oil, coconut oil and jojoba oil in making your lashes longer. Simply apply these substances directly on your lashes and if you do it on a regular basis, you will see amazing results in no time.

Silk Amino Acids:
Silk amino acids are natural ingredients that are very effective in increasing the length of your lashes. These substances are actually found on various hair solutions and they penetrate deep down on your lashes to strengthen it and make it longer.

Vitamin E:
Vitamin E is also very useful in lengthening your eyelashes. Simply take Vitamin E internally on a daily basis. Aside from making your lashes longer, Vitamin E also helps to increase blood circulation and helps your scalp and hair to become healthy.

Biotin:
Biotin is a kind of natural pill that helps to increase the growth rate of the hair, thus, it is also very effective in lengthening your eyelashes. This natural ingredient is part of the Vitamin B family and the pill will not only make your lashes grow longer but it helps to make your hair, nails and skin to be healthy as well.
