Shannon McGregor Ahearne was awarded the Catherine Haarhoff trophy for Dux of 2012 at the Our Lady of Fatima Dominican Convent School Speech Night. She was also awarded eight other Trophies: English, Oratory Excellence in English; History; Life Science; Advanced Programme Mathematics; Mathematics; Combined Sciences and Mathematics and the Bilingualism trophy which she shared with Jenna Uniacke.

Jenna Uniacke was named Runner -up to Dux and was awarded the Yvonne Eldon Trophy for Proxime Accessit. Jenna also received the Afrikaans, Geography, Life Orientation Trophies and shared the Bilingualism Trophy. Jenna was also awarded the Horsfall Trophy for All Round Achievement for making the most significant contribution to Fatima through her achievement at Academics, Sport and Cultural Activities.

Shannon Freese received the Price Waterhouse Trophy for Third Place in Matric. She also received the Afrikaans; Practical Art and the Sister Catherina Trophy for Reflecting the Ethos of the School. She also shared the Trophy for Art History with Candice Buckle, and Claire Holton; Physical Science with Candice Buckle; Perseverance and Determination in Accounting with Megan Hargreaves.

Fiona Geyser was awarded the Good Fellowship Trophy and the Sutherland Trophy for Speech and Drama, Megan Hargreaves the Robinson Trophy for Exceptional Service and Merenyane Senoge the Humanities Trophy for Exceptional Service as well as the Music Trophy.
