Deal of a lifetime at Zimbali

Deal of a lifetime at Zimbali

Date: 2013-11-01
IFA Hotels & Resorts (IFA), a global leader in the development of premier integrated mixed-use hotel and resort projects, last week announced the launch of Zimbali Suites, a prestigious R400 million development that will enable discerning buyers to not only invest in world-class serviced hotel condominiums, but also access a wide range of services, activities and amenities offered by the award-winning and exclusive Zimbali Coastal Resort and Fairmont Zimbali Resort.

"Zimbali Suites is the most significant development milestone for Zimbali since the opening of the prestigious Fairmont Zimbali Resort in June 2010.  The launch of Zimbali Suites in these challenging economic times is a positive endorsement of the internationally renowned Zimbali brand and an important vote of confidence for new investment into the region," said Phillip de Sylva, IFA's Vice President: Operations (Africa & Indian Ocean), at a press conference ahead of the 2 November launch and sales event.

"Not only is the Zimbali Suites development an exciting new offering in IFA's impressive portfolio in Zimbali, but it will also see the realisation of the second phase in the development of the Fairmont Zimbali Hotel and Resort precinct, bringing the total value of this development alone to almost R1billion," he said.

Zimbali Suites comprises 131 individual condos to be sold on a sectional title basis and located directly alongside the Fairmont Zimbali Hotel. Investors have a choice of smart, efficiently designed units that extend from 36.2 m? one-bedroomed condos to 133m? three-bedroomed penthouses. The package includes secure undercover parking, contemporary design aesthetics, quality fittings, fully fitted kitchens and breathtaking sea views from most of the units.

"This is an opportunity to buy a piece of paradise - a luxurious serviced suite in arguably the most sought-after development in the country. Investors can not only look forward to a world class suite that echoes the quality, craftsmanship and unique style reflected throughout Zimbali, but also enjoy this against a backdrop of unspoiled coastline, rolling hills and lush flora and fauna that have come to define Zimbali," said Piaras Moriarty, IFA's Vice President: Sales & Marketing.

The sales and launch event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 2 November at the Fairmont Zimbali Hotel.  The limited release launch will see units being offered with special VAT inclusive launch prices starting at
R950 000 for a 1-bedroomed condo and R1, 950,000 for a 2-bedroomed condo. Prior registration to attend the event is a requirement and can be arranged at https://www.zimbalisuites.co.za or 032 538 1205.
