Tracy Gounden is a busy lady, her phone rings continuously and she is setting dates and taking bookingswe were having coffee at one of her new venues, Tracy looks up from her phone and says, "Listen JaneI am sorry but I will have to call you back, I am actually sitting in an interview. Give me twenty minutes."

She turns to me and says, "Sorry, that was rude of me."

I smile, Tracy is my friend and one thing she is not is rude. Professional and driven by a burning ambition, Tracy is one of the nicest girls I know and I am very happy about her new appointment as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for Jenny and Vejan Pillay, owners of The Square Boutique Hotel, the Urban Park Hotel, Auberge Hollandaise, a five star Guesthouse in Durban North and a few local restaurants and Aqua Spa under the banner of the Misty Blue Group.

"I see fantastic opportunities here," Tracy enthused, having worked for many years in the corporate environment with one of the largest hospitality brands in South Africa, Tracy has the right qualifications to enhance the Misty Blue Group. "Jenny and Vejan have an amazing product that is easy to sell and it appeals to the broad spectrum of my corporate clients."

Tracy Gounden is a go-getter and she sees a great future with the Misty Blue Group. She understands the hospitality industry and knows how to satisfy their needs. Tracy is young, energetic and full of fresh ideas.

"I am so excited to be given this opportunity as I have enormous respect for Jenny and Vejan. I want to grow with their brand not just professionally but personally." She told me.

"I bring with me a considerable amount of passion, commitment and experience and I would like to connect with all my corporate clients so I can showcase my new gem in the KZN basket of hospitality treasures."
