It's Cocktail Hour at Beverly Hills Hotel - New Menu Launched
Elements cafÈ at The Beverly hills hotel is turning up the volume this Autumn, with the unveiling of their brand new cocktail menu, featuring creative premium serves alongside non-alcoholic options and an extended range of enticing spirits.
The new cocktail list pays tribute to all the classics, like the highly addictive Pink Pigeon Pina Colada made with Durban Pineapple Pink Pigeon Rum, fresh cream and roasted coconut flake. The traditional Cosmo has also had a spruce, it now comprises of Guava, rosewater, Cointreau, Belvedere Vodka, lime and lemon, with each creation paying homage to its origins and of course being served chilled and irresistible.
Elements cafÈ's new cocktail menu is paired with a delicious array of Chef Devandra Narismulu's creations. Chef Devandra Narismulu is the head chef at Elements cafÈ, he has zooshed up the previous menu with creations like Chef D's Tempura Crab Burger, made with an exotic black bun (achieved by adding activated charcoal to the dough), he then adds coriander, red onion, a chilli mango mayo, avocado and cucumber slaw. There is also a Chorizo Pizza, Thai Coconut Curry, Veg Tempura and many more. Now you have every excuse to go there and discover your perfect pairing cocktail combo.
