Jaguar Launches it's F-type

Jaguar Launches it's F-type

Date: 2013-07-25
ast week saw the spectacular launch of the much awaited F-Type Jaguar an all-aluminium sports car, and the successor to the iconic E-Type at Beachwood Country Club in Durban North.

Available in three different engine configurations, (V6, V6S, V8), the cars feature a stunning range of new in-car tech to drool over, as well as some exotic motoring tech in the form of deployable door handles, interior vents that rise out of the dash when required, and an automated spoiler.

Overall, it's a very premium sports car, the adjustable leather seats wrap around you to provide a sit-in feel, and the engines are immensely pleasurable yet tractable, both in power delivery, and also in sound.

Jaguar has also released a short film starring the F-Type - 'Desire' - in collaboration with Ridley Scott Associates (RSA). The film stars Damian Lewis, who was dressed for his role in Burberry Tailoring, as well as Spanish actor Jordi Mollˆ and American actress Shannyn Sossamon.
