BotSoc KZN Coastal Branch presents Plant Conservation Strategy

South Africa's Plant Conservation Strategy - collaboration between SANBI, the Botanical Society and a network of botanists and conservationists.

It will take place on Monday 26 June 18h00 at the Durban Botanic Gardens Visitors Centre. Suvarna Parbhoo, manager of SANBI's Custodians of Rare and Endangered Wildflowers programme in the Summer-rainfall Region, will explain the Strategy's 5 objectives and the 16 targets to be achieved by 2020.

ENTRANCE includes refreshments: R40 for members of BotSoc and R60 for non-members; students with cards R30. Please pay at the door. Proceeds will go to BotSoc branch projects.
