Wow we came along way in the fitness industry 15 years ago we wrote out exercise prescription programs on cards clientele followed it religiously over time but came back with injuries.

What have we learned to change our workout regime on a constant basis and not to do the same workout twice in a week training opposing muscle groups back to back while strengthen the muscles groups around the joints to prevent further injuries and stabilized the joints while being sport specific.Recovery is priority number one. Always build your schedule around it, not the training.
