Elizabeth Hitch is an accreditedLymphatic Drainage practioner and has been practicing for almost 20 years.Elizabeth started out in beauty therapy and through a tragic car accidentprogressed to the art of lymphatic drainage massage.

Lymphaticdrainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage oflymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It can helprelieve symptoms of lymphedema. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove wasteand toxins from body tissues.
