When two masters of craftsmanship come together, the result is bound to be special. Bentley and Steinway & Sons - both long-standing symbols of refinement and precision - have found common ground in the new Bentley Flying Spur, a car inspired by the heritage and artistry of the world's most respected piano maker.
It's a fitting partnership. Steinway has been building pianos since 1853, setting the benchmark for quality and sound. Bentley, on the other hand, has spent more than a century perfecting the art of luxury motoring. The Flying Spur captures the best of both worlds - performance and grace, engineering and artistry.
The model marks 20 years since the modern Flying Spur first appeared in 2005. Bentley describes it as offering "a unique combination of breath taking craftsmanship, unrivalled comfort, and power few cars can match." Powered by the brand's Ultra Performance Hybrid, it produces 782 PS (771 bhp) and 1,000 Nm of torque - impressive numbers for a sedan that remains effortlessly composed on the road.
Inside, the influence of Steinway is unmistakable. High-gloss piano finishes, precision detailing, and calm, balanced design elements mirror the aesthetic and spirit of a grand piano. It's not showy - it's deeply refined. Every surface, stitch, and switch has been thought through, as if each were a note in a larger composition.
Driving the new Flying Spur feels less like commanding a machine and more like conducting one. It's powerful when you need it to be and serene when you don't. That's the kind of harmony both Bentley and Steinway have built their reputations on - and in this collaboration, it plays beautifully.
