After Matric: what the future holds

After Matric: what the future holds

Date: 2013-10-11
Stats taken from schools, college and university leavers entering the job market have shown only a few are fortunate to get a good job or even a job for that matter. It does not include the other 2.6 million people who have lost their jobs and are looking for replacement jobs in whatever vocation they can find. These people have experience, postgraduate diplomas or degrees and the thirst to work as they already have financial commitments, but they are just walking the streets in search of employment.

The question is who will get the jobs first? What about the students coming out of matric, is there a future for them?

Matriculants must accompany parents tothis thought-provoking, mind adjusting talk by one of the world's most influential young men,he will be sharinginsightful information toall matriculants finishing schoolbut don't know what to do due to the lack of opportunity in the job market, allowing them to decide what they really want to do if they do not get university entrance or not going to university or have no idea what to do with their talent or skill.

A free seminar will be held at the Olive Convention Centre - North Beach Durban (ice rink) on 17th October 2013 from 6.45pm - 8pm. E-mail pauline.sangham@gmail.com for more information.
