Here are some basic ideas about the Feng Shui elements that you can pour into your interior home spaces.

Wood - it represents the creative power and expansion. It also represents traits like birth, growth, flexibility, strength and intuition. It is recommended to not apply to much to avoid rigidness, inflexibility, stubbornness and overwhelming. Consider having fresh plants and trees along with wooden furniture to represent the element.

The freshness, clarity and strong cooling energy of the metal element can be expressed in colours white and gray, a variety of metallic finishes, in round shapes, as well as numerous decor items made from metal.

Water - Spirituality and the emotions are simply encompassed by the water element. Inspiration, insightfulness and wisdom are featured by water. The healing, life giving and mysterious energy of the water element can be expressed in colours blue and black, in a variety of water features, in flowing shapes, images of water, mirrors, as well as numerous decor items.
