Inspiration comes in many shapes and sizes. It cannot be measured in a conventional metric system, not in yards, feet, and inches; there is just no rule of law to determine the level of true inspiration.

The developers of Palm Lakes Family Estate, Olivia and Wim Sak are an excellent example of an inspirational power couple. They are not just successful in building one of the fastest growing gated communities in KZN; they are also successful in promoting and growing our region.

Last Sunday, Palm Lakes Family Estate came together, not only as a united community, they came together as a family to celebrate the success of their estate as the 1000th transfer has recently been concluded. CFO, Wim Sak spoke at this momentous event.

Situated in the Tinley Manor area just North of Ballito, Palm Lakes is just a stone's throw away from a variety of exciting attractions associated with this growing seaside community. While the undulating hills, wetlands and lakes, which make up the estate's landscape, provide for tranquil, easy living, at one with nature.

Wim Sak said, "Palm Lakes Family Estate is not just our success, it is the success of everyone who lives on the estate and those responsible for selling the estate." Wim commended the sales team for working so passionately and making such huge commitments to the development.

Palm Lakes combines community living where neighbours are friends and kids can run free, with every conceivable modern facility and amenity, to make day-to-day life a little more convenient. Spanning over 700 Hectares, Palm Lakes is one of the largest residential estates on KwaZulu Natal's North Coast, but offers so much more than you could imagine.

Palm Lakes offers idyllic family orientated living, set against a breath-taking backdrop of lush, rolling green hills on KZN's North Coast. It's a complete lifestyle, where residential, corporate and family focused activities are rolled into one, enabling residents to live, work and play out their lives right on their doorstep.

Palm Lakes Family Estate has been carefully planned to ensure that facilities and amenities are centred around family and community life, offering a comprehensive lifestyle where no resident could want for anything.

The upmarket Dragonfly Clubhouse, includes a fantastic restaurant and indoor and outdoor lounge areas, providing for relaxation with friends and neighbours; while the Mini Palm Clubhouse is the perfect venue for family fun time at Palm Lakes. In addition the estate also sports a golf driving range.

The stunning location of Palm Lakes is perfectly suited to outdoor lifestyle activities, such as fishing, boating, bird watching or simply enjoying family picnics surrounded by the fresh air and tranquil beauty of nature. Cycling as well as walking trails allow residents to explore the natural landscape to their heart's content.

A hallmark feature of Palm Lakes Family Estate is the environment: a landscape of rolling green hills, tropical vegetation, and tranquil lakes, rich in indigenous bird and plant life, the perfect place to grow your family.
