Have It Your Way

Have It Your Way

Author: Tomas Yoko

The name Vulcan conjures up images of Gothic Warriors of intergalactic, Star Trek like sophistication. When applied in conjunction to a motorcycle from Kawasaki, the imagery becomes something completely different.

The Vulcan S is certainly not your average motorcycle cruiser, more a cruiser that the Gothic Star Trek Warriors would be proud to ride. The easy rider position and flowing curves of the Vulcan belie the spirited perfomance from the 650cc Liquid-cooled, Parallel Twin 4-stroke engine, which delivers between 45 and 46 kilowatts.

Withs its unique frame and suspension design, you could almost be forgiven for thinking it is a CafÈ Racer. The styling and finishes of the Vulcan is directed at "independent minded riders" and will also appeal to movie stars and super heroes. It really is a beautifull looking motorcycle.

This fresh look and feel motorcycling phenomenon is available for you to test ride at East Coast Motorcycles, 10 Meridian Drive, Umhlanga Ridge. Call them on 031 - 566 3024 for more information.
