French-Creole flavours at Beverly Hills Hotel

Invited guests were treated to a seafood demonstration and dinner at the Beverly Hills hotel last Saturday night. A demonstration of colourful French-Creole table was followed by a terrace seafood candlelit dinner at the beautiful. Each cause was paired with exquisite fine wines from the Cape's Fleur du Cap.

The Beverly Hills Hotel celebrated Skills Exchange Development Programme, an integral part of the Cape Legends Inter Hotel Challenge. Introducing a trio of top culinary artists from Paradise Sun Seychelles, One&Only Le Saint Géran Mauritius, and Southern Sun Abu Dhabi.

The started was as fresh as a breeze crayfish salad with avocado, apple, hints of orange and a cumin vinaigrette?scrumptiously presented by Chef Vikash Coonjan of One&Only Le Saint Géran a subtle delicately spiced Bouyon Blanc creole fish broth partnered delightfully with a Fleur du Cap Sauvignon Blancmasterfully prepared by Chef Davinder Rawat from Paradise Sun and CursleyLacrosse from Maia (Seychelles) Tsogo Sun.

The main was a grilled red snapper wrapped in banana leaves and served with fragrant Basmati rice timbalsdone by Chef Davinder Rawat from Paradise Sun and CursleyLacrosse from Maia (Seychelles) Tsogo Sun.

Finally the dessert did not disappoint, a Tour de Force, the Picasso, put together with artistry by Don Chandana Ratnasiri Manasingha from (Abu Dhabi)Tsogo Sunended this memorable evening.
