The Robin Hood Foundation launches a new website in celebration of their 12th birthday
In celebration of their 12th birthday, The Robin Hood Foundation launched their newly revamped website in May. The new look website, https://www.robinhoodfoundation.co.za, allows for faster navigation and for a smoother, more user-friendly experience.
The Robin Hood Foundation's core values: Equality, Visionary Leadership, Community and Empowerment, remain a common thread throughout the website design and the rotating banner on the home page provides a glimpse into the five core projects that they run throughout the year.
In addition to links to their blog and social media pages, quick links to 'projects', 'events' 'newsletter sign up' and 'get involved' are easily accessible. The entire website revamp was professionally handled by Chilli Source Design, a full service branding, design and marketing agency who specialize in print, website, point-of-sale and mobile marketing.
"In our 12th year of serving the community we remain committed to mobilizing resources from businesses and individuals and distributing them directly into the hands of the poor grannies, needy mums and children in our surrounding impoverished and AIDS-affected communities," explains Cindy Norcott - Robin Hood Foundation Chairperson.
Having already completed forty-five projects since the beginning of the year, Kim Griffith Jones (Robin Hood Foundation Co-ordinator) says they have so many more exciting initiatives lined up for 2017.
"Just in the next quarter we have the following coming up: We'll be launching the 'buy-a-brick' campaign in the next few weeks towards a structural build and upgrade of a little dilapidated crèche we recently visited in rural Ntshongweni during our Love to Read campaign."
A comprehensive list of all upcoming projects are included on the website, including information on partnership initiatives with other local NGO's, as well as details regarding how you can get involved and assist.
"We continually strive to create a meaningful impact and make a genuine, long-lasting difference in the lives of all we meet through our campaigns and look forward to serving the community for many more years to come," concludes Cindy.
