What's the issue? It's hard to say-there are just so many

Remember Jeffrey Epstein? The international financier who "allegedly" killed himself in a high-security prison with more security cameras than a Sun City blackjack table. At first the cameras had failed, then there was uninterrupted hours with missing minutes, er um . . . His client list, once promised to be the political reckoning of the century, has mysteriously dissolved into the same black hole as public trust for the Trump administration. How terribly convenient. Not. Dare ye mention spying for Mossad or Israel.

Meanwhile, back home, South Africa's top cops seem to be auditioning for a Netflix docuseries., Murder, Blue Lights Combat gear & Backroom Deals. The SAPS is rotting from the top down, with allegations of high-ranking officials entangled in political assassinations and mafia-style racketeering. President Ramaphosa seems less concerned about the decay than about not upsetting the balance of dysfunction. At this point, the only background checks being done are by hitmen.

But don't worry-the real threat is a Zimbabwean crossing the Limpopo with a torn passport. Our borders are less a "secure perimeter" and more an "optional suggestion," while actual criminals stroll through OR Tambo with diplomatic immunity and R60,000 Gucci belts. And Trump just pulled a move to export the worst criminals he can gather, the worst, sending them to Eswatini, for those who don't follow country name changes, that's formerly Swaziland, we will need good policing somewhere along the line.

In Europe there's international buffoonery: U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, never one to miss a chance to play global pyromaniac, is openly calling for the U.S. to bomb Russia. Yes, bomb them. America so brazenly controlled by Israel. Because nothing says "we want peace" quite like escalating a war between two nuclear powers. That should do wonders for the price of bread. Germany's Major General Christian Freuding is hell bent on bombing Moscow, urging various military targets they should bomb, in his opinion, "Use long-range air warfare assets to strike aircraft and airfields before they are used. Also, target weapons production facilities." He is reported to having spewed from his mouth. The Bilderberg Group just met in Sweden, I wonder what they decided to do with us?

France, not to be outdone, is whispering sweet nothings about "stabilising Africa," which loosely translates to: we need your resources and we're not asking nicely anymore. Re-colonisation never really went out of fashion-it just got better PR. Ebrahim Traore is showing the way and the cross hairs of oppression are on his back. Even his fellow African leaders are wobbling in their support for him. They killed Gadhafi for less.

Moving quickly on from there to the blood-soaked stain on our human conscience that is the genocide saga in Gaza. After months of relentless bombardment, famine, and gleeful war profiteering, even the West's PR departments are struggling to keep up. The public is beginning to notice Israel creating death camps. There are marches, boycotts, tribunals, but the governments? They're still stuck on "deeply concerned." That's diplomatic code for: "We're watching, but please continue." As Bibi rubs his hands with genocidal glee and Trump tries hard not to applaud.
