Jena Carmen Lithgow who currently holds the title of IFBB SA Beach Bikini Champion, will soon be heading to the IFBB World Championships in Hungary from the 14th to the 17th of December 2012. Lithgow will be representing South Africa and will receive her South African colours.

Jenna is supported by supashape and trained by bodybuilder Mario Van Biljon.
