Born 1932 @ St. Augustine's Hospital in Durban, South Africa. Wife to Michel Robert of the North Coast.
Of Brothers Roland, Cyril, Herwe'

Sisters Nono, Lise, Alix and Norma.

Mother to 7 children and extended families. Michel, Jocelyne, Jean, Ga‘tan, Elaine, Charles and Philippe.

Grandmere / Gama / Mere to 21 children, Great grandmother to 2 and friend to SO many. Born of parents Charles and Emma de Charmoy of Mauritius, who arrived as pioneers on the north coast of KZN during the early 1900's?Establishing amongst others, the original Saint Anne's Catholic Church in Shakas Kraal. ?The Shakas Kraal Hotel, Shakas Rock Hotel, Shakas Rock Tidal pool, Thompsons Bay tidal pool, now known as Charlie's pool. ?The Shakas Head statue in Shakas Head, as a tribute to Shaka himself. Descendants of France way back to the 1700's, amidst the French revolution.

Attended Umhlali primary school. Later Maristella Convent, Durban. While living on Union farm in Shakas Kraal. A dedicated role player with our local parishes and community as a whole.

Passed away on the 17th July 2014 after a long bout of illness.
