I served the Private Hospital for 18 years, unbroken service. My sons were a pillar of strength to me; they never stopped me from going forward in my life. I am very proud of them. I was a great support and guardian to them. It's amazing how one can learn so much in life by being a good communicator and having a good personality." She stated.

Tea Masala Spice Ingredients
50g ginger powder
50g clove powder
50g black pepper powder
50g nutmeg powder
100g cinnamon powder
100g cardamom powder
Method
Place 2 cups water to boil with 2 teabags (Five Roses or other - Not the spice teabags) and - tsp. tea masala spice. Once boiling add milk and let this boil. Strain then add sugar to sweeten.
You can buy all the whole ingredients and grind them in your coffee grinder. Once they have been ground, the masala spice can be stored in a bottle for use. Alternatively the powders can be bought at a supermarket and mixed together, but the freshly ground spice is much better.
