KING SHAKA TRAIL RUN and the first ever
QUEEN NANDI NIGHT RUN
Dube's King Shaka Trail Run run and Queen Nandi Night run will take place from the 22 -23rd of March offering participants the options of a 5 km or 10 km (Night run) and a 5 km, 10 km or 25 km (Day run). The night run will incorporate a cool glow in the dark theme, with a whole host of fun filled family activities that include live entertainment. A safe and exciting kid's zone, which will include obstacle courses, glow-in-the-dark soccer and a free amazing race!
The trail route will pass through the nesting place of the famous Barn swallows viewing area. Zulu dancers will entertain runners at refreshment stations in their full traditional attire.
At the start and finish points, foodies will also be treated to a delicious assortment of local cuisine, while enjoying a live music and tasting a variety of beverages on offer at the beer garden.
The first 300 entrants who pre register for the race on
will receive a goodie bag and exclusive race garment.
