It's my second day on the Raw Juice detox and I am feeling light and heavy at the same time. I am inspired to do things, as there are no plans for breakfast, lunch or supper. My mouth is dry and I am very thirsty but I have an abundance of energy and apparently the best is yet to come. I am on the three-day detox and I am doing it for no apparent reason. I guess the idea of a raw juice fast sounded good at the time.
I spoke to the founder of Raw Juice Co. Saya Pitham, Being raised by a Japanese mother meant eating a diet full of fruit and vegetables.
