A New Era for Seeff Dolphin Coast

A New Era for Seeff Dolphin Coast

Date: 2013-09-20
On Tuesday 10 September, Seeff Dolphin Coast hosted some 150 guests for a much anticipated cocktail party, made up of their clients, attorneys, developers, banks, media, colleagues and friends, to celebrate the recent completion of an exciting office expansion and re-design. It was also an opportunity for business partners and co-Licensees Andreas Wassenaar, Mark Johnson and Tim Johnson, to explain their unique business strategies which have seen this branch lead the way for Seeff in KZN. They were also joined by Chairman, Samuel Seeff, who delivered an interesting overview of the markets, offering some key insight into current investment trends and buyer behaviour.

Seeff Dolphin Coast now inhabits an impressively designed 244 sq/m office space at The Well centre in Ballito, complete with state-of -the art audio visual presentation equipment and a multipurpose boardroom space. The re-design has opened up at least 10 more desks for future Agents as the business aims to expand its operation into 2014.

Explains Sales and Marketing Director, Tim Johnson, 'Our design philosophy was for the office to be very customer oriented. It was important for us to create a comfortable and welcoming space for all our clients, with some fantastic AV gadgets to enhance the presentation experience. The boardroom is equipped with folding and stacking doors, including flexible boardroom tables so we can divide it into two rooms or a larger space where we can seat up to 20 people in classroom style conditions for training. As much as it is an impressive space for clients, it is also an invaluable base from which our Agents and staff can operate. We're all very proud of the result and are thankful for all those involved in making it happen.'

One of the other purposes of the evening was to highlight the Seeff Dolphin Coast objective to give a percentage of their gross company earnings to local charities. In line with the stated Seeff Purpose of, 'Enabling people to profit through property,' this commitment to give back is integral to what drives the business philosophy and objectives. The current company contribution sits at about R37000 with an end of year target of R50000 well in sight.
