Through an International HR Best Practices Survey conducted by the Top Employers Institute, Unilever South Africa surpassed the Top Employers Institute's criteria, namely in: Talent Strategy; Workforce Planning; On-boarding; Learning and Development; Performance Management; Leadership Management; Career and Succession Management; Compensation and Benefits; and Culture.
