Untermensch by Billy Mills History tends to repeat itself by local author

Author: Billy Mills
Date: 2023-09-03

LocalAuthor Billy Mills pens his book, Untermensch, in just 30 days and it's a realfascinating read. Based on true events, Billy tells a story of division andstrife, embellished by subhuman element.

Theterm Untermensch is a derogatory German word meaning "racially inferior" or"sub-human". It gained notoriety after it was used by Nazi ideologue, AlfredRosenberg in his 1930 book "The Myth of the Twentieth Century", to beratepolitical opponents, mainly Jews, Slavs, Gypsies and blacks.

"Thedeath toll as a result of World War 2 is estimated at between 70 and 80 millionpeople. Many were direct wartime deaths and murders, while others succumbed todisease and famine. Several of these deaths were the result of savage andbarbaric atrocities, perpetrated by German Nazis.

Less documented however, is the factthat the Nazis stole over US$100-billion worth of loot from various countriesduring the war. Much of this was sent to Swiss banks and over 900 frontcompanies were set up in neutral countries by Hitler's disciples. A significantportion of this wealth was redirected to countries with large right wing, racist communities.

This book tells one such story.

Inchoosing Untermensch as the title for this book, the author challenges theusage of this word, suggesting contrarily that the real Untermensch(sub-humans) are the perpetrators of racial crimes and genocide. This book isbased on historical characters and events but the story is fiction.
