To the rescue Animal Assistance Association

To the rescue Animal Assistance Association

Date: 2017-01-20
Animal Assistance Association is a newly-formed NPO that aims to assist organisations that rescue and rehabilitate abused and abandoned animals.

Bianca Hauser, Director and founder of the NPO comments, "We feel that these organisations focus most of their time on rescuing, treating and then rehoming these animals, and we want to help raise the items that are necessary for them to continue their work and make their days a little easier."

While Animal Assistance puts in much of their own resources, help from the community is greatly appreciated, as it helps to increase the donations handed over to the charities every quarter. "We are currently collecting dog and cat food, bedding, baby powder etc for Animally Haven and Feline Feral Fund, and would appreciate any donations the community can spare, to help these great charities" adds Hauser

Animal Assistance Association has done great work since opening their doors, with charities such as Project Dog and Kitty Care Durban, and it doesn't look like they will be slowing down anytime soon.

For more information on Animal Assistance Association, or to donate to the NPO, people can contact Bianca Hauser on 082 467 0551 or animalassistanceassociation@gmail.com. You can also find them on Facebook to keep up to date with everything they do.
