Their stuffed calamari tubes are just one example of how the creative spirit of Chef Brett takes traditional dishes and adds a spark of intrigue and delight. Their peri peri sauce is a delightful condiment for those who can take the heat and adds a decidedly Portuguese flavour to your meal.
