CMH Toyota Umhlanga Achieves Daruma Challenge

CMH Toyota Umhlanga Achieves Daruma Challenge

Date: 2016-12-23
Teamwork is vital, if not essential, in running a smooth and successful dealership and the team at CMH Umhlanga Toyota have got it together.

Headed up by Dealer Principle Mark van Heerden and Sales Manager Patrick Packaree, their sales team recently took on a Daruma Challenge and has come up smiling.

The Daruma Challenge is a centuries-old tradition from Japan aimed at generating positive, motivational teamwork and it adds a sense of fun to the while challenge. The Daruma is a hand made traditional Japanese "GOAL DOLL" that serves as a reminder of the particular goal that you and the team have undertaken.

At first the Daruma Doll's eyes are both blank and once the challenge has been defined and accepted, then one of the eyes are painted in.

Then the papier-mâchÈ doll is placed in plain sight to constantly remind you of the challenge. These dolls are weighted at the bottom and so if they are knocked over they will always right themselves, which symbolises perseverance and the ability to achieve success, overcome adversity, and recover from misfortune through consistent effort.

Well the team at CMH Toyota Umhlanga have recently achieved their goals and painted in the second eye of their Daruma Doll.

So if you are looking for a team to make the purchase of your next vehicle a successful and hassle free transaction, then consider the winning team at CMH Toyota Umhlanga. Call them on 031 580 4000 or visit their showroom at 1 Wilton Crescent, Umhlanga Ridge.
