Pranisha Chetty - Palme Lakes Family Estate CFO shares her success story

There are many success stories that abound the KZN East Coast Property market, but none as prominent as the Palm Lakes Family Estate development, just north of Ballito. The Palm Lakes Family Estate started some twelve years ago, as the big dream of a Belgian sweet manufacturor who came, saw and fell in love.

It was then that the global entrepreneur, Wim Sak, pronounce the north coast as the future 'Monaco of Africa' and decided to tell his friends about it.

With a team of investors Wim and his beautiful wife Olivia arrived on the North Coast and started building a town on the outskirts of the fast developing Ballito. They saw the massive potential and knew that the project would thrive. With over a decade of trials and tribulations, this power couple now manage the most successful property development in KZN, and this is just the beginning.

The Bugle spoke to the Chief Financial Officer of the Palm Lakes Family Este Development, Pranisha Chetty, who has recently celebrated her tenth year with the company.

"Palm Lakes has been a home to me, quiet literally for many years." Pranisha told The Bugle, "This is one of the reasons why I have bought in the estate." Pranisha first bought an apartment, which she sold three years later and was able to invest in a house, which she now resides in.

"We are situated on the most beautiful piece of real estate the north coast has to offer. With vista views and a spectacular lifestyle on our doorstep. The first time I saw the property I knew we were going to go far. I always believed in our success."

Pranisha credits Palm Lakes Family Estate's success with the attitude and the integrity of the management, "Each person involved with this project contributes to the success, all you have to do is look at our salesthey speak for themselves, with the highest property sales in KZN."

"Our owners are conscientious and have stayed constantly involved with the our residents views, they have proved to the owners that their needs matter and that does make a difference in the character of the estate."

"Palm Lakes Family Estate is a perfect place to raise a family and I am looking forward to doing that one day." Pranisha is planning to marry her fiancÈ in March and they are planning to live their new married life in Palm Lakes.
