What's the issue?

What's the issue?

It's War! War in the East, war in the West. War up North and war down South. Everywhere there's war.

Ho-hum, it's big business so let's just accept it and send our children forward to be consumed as cannon fodder for the incredibly wealthy arms companies to churn their flesh and bones into cash.

Here at home Jacob wont answer questions as to why he sent troops to the CAR, he says that it is a matter of national security and that implies that his answering the questions as to why he sent the troops to their death, effectively, would endanger the safety of our sovereignty and our borders and our way of life. Well as for our way of life, I'd say that is in as much danger as the Rhino. For some that is a good thing, for others not so good.

Abroad the war issue is greatest with the North Korean's reopening their mothballed nuclear sites, which will now apparently be put to the task of manufacturing nuclear weapons. This is the biggest international blunder, which I am sure could be averted with a small attitude change from the invasive and corrosive presence of the American's in the region. I am not hearing of emergency diplomatic attempts by the international community to appease the young leader Kim Jong-Un. Instead China has mobilised its massive military, putting them on Level One readiness, its highest level available. This is in support of North Korea who is making a stand against the American presence in South Korea and the recently deployed USS Fitzgerald naval destroyer that the Americans see fit to float off the coast of North Korea. There is a Chinese saying that says North Korea and China are as close as lips and teeth. But the gung-ho Americans prod away at Kim's ribs with the deployment of their B-2 nuclear armed bombers in South Korea, adding heat to the already boiling pot.

Do these leaders think of the misery and suffering of the mothers whose children will pay with their lives should this conflict ever erupt in war. As Jacob sends more troops to CAR, do you think he is mindful of the wretchedness their parents will fell should they meet with a sticky end?

With all this talk of war everywhere, Syria, Iran, Korea, Central African Republic, I can't help but think that there is an inherent problem with leadership the world over. I'm convinced it is the moneymaking war machine that our leaders are succumbing to. Some knowingly, others lead by their egos others by their greed.

Ironic that our nations saviour and hero leader, Nelson Mandela, lies ill in his hospital bed with almost every citizen praying for his recovery and lasting health.

And all this while the bankers of Europe and the EU unashamedly dip into depositors bank accounts and simply take the amount of their discretion, while allowing the elite to slip their millions out of the bank, almost un noticed.
