Seductive, trim and compact, the CBR600RR's fairing is precisely sculpted with air vents that create highly effective airflow for maximum stability. Its sleek front cowl offers the optimum combination of wind protection and aerodynamic efficiency as well as integrating its distinctively aggressive headlights.

The latest CBR600RR's engine features the smallest dimensions in its 600cc class. Honda engineers have spent hours modifying, repositioning and redesigning the engine to reduced the size and weight, achieving sharper and more responsive handling, as well as significantly increasing its power-to-weight ratio. The Dual Sequential fuel-injected DOHC inline 4-cylinder engine delivers a thrilling rush of sharply responsive acceleration that wins both races and hearts.

The Honda CBR600RR is fitted with a PGM-DSFI system that features two separate sets of injectors. These injectors are programmed to operate at low and high engine speeds to ensure optimal fuelling combustion efficiency and performance at all engine speeds and throttle openings. That's power at the twist of the wrist.

The Honda Electronic Steering Damper is an electronically controlled hydraulic rotary damper, mounted on the steering head. Damping characteristics are automatically adjusted in response to motorcycle speed and acceleration, for high-speed comfort and low-speed maneuverability without the rider having to have expert track set-up knowledge to extract the best from his machine on the road or the track.

The Unit Pro-Link rear suspension system was developed on the MotoGP winning RC211V. This revolutionary system doesn't mount the shock directly to the main frame, thus greatly reducing the transmission of suspension impacts to the frame. To experience the ride contact Honda Wing Umhlanga on 031 580 7900 or visit our showroom at 15 Meridian Crescent, Umhlanga Ridge.
