Not the kind of storm we have been experiencing on the North Coast recently, rather a culinary storm in the kitchen at the pristine Canelands Beach Club and Spa, in Salt Rock, where Stuart Scott-King has taken up the position of head chef. After graduating from Silwood Kitchen School of Cookery, Stuart moved to Ireland where he honed his cooking talents at Lisdonagh House.
Upon returning to South Africa Stuart ran the kitchens of the Hilton Hotel, however his thirst for knowledge and experience soon had Stuart heading back to the UK. Stuart worked in numerous well-known establishments and was soon signalled out as one of the top 40 chefs to keep an eye on by the 'Caterer' website. A longing to return to Africa saw Stuart move to Mozambique, adding to his repertoire and expertise.
Stuart has finally decided to call an end to his globe trekking and cant wait to wow you with his cuisine at Canelands Beach Club and Spa, where you can now experience this talented chef's ability.
