Date: 2016-08-05
Debbie Cameron Physiotherapy and the KZN Blind & Deaf Society are hosting an inspired morning of parenting advice, entertainment and prizes all in aid of Talk Sign, a campaign in support of South African's who are deaf and hard of hearing.

The morning of connecting and creating awareness takes place on Saturday, 13 August from 10.30am to 12 noon at Debbie Cameron Physiotherapy, Centenary Medical Centre, 55 Old Main Road Hillcrest.

Dr Bianca Birdsey from THRIVE Parenting will be presenting while SA's Got Talent winner, Darren Rajbal, will provide the entertainment. The accreditation of the Debbie Cameron Physiotherapy practice will be announced along with the 2016 Pilates Winner.

Raffle tickets will be sold for R20 each in the lead up to event, as well as on the day, with the main prize being organised by The Firm Hillcrest valued at R3 280. Lash Illusions, Cabello Hair Salon, Caylee Hodson Body & Skin, Falon Jayne Body & Skin, Liz Dzyubinskaya Polished 031 and Jamie Howell Therapeutic Hypnotherapist & Counsellor have contributed to the main prize. The Wandering Bean Coffee will be selling cappuccinos on arrival.

There is no cost to attend the event but all proceeds raised from the sale of raffle tickets and Talk Sign stickers will be donated to the KZN Blind & Deaf Society to help with the education and job placement of people who are deaf and hard of hearing.
