Suzuki Eeco At Suzuki Ballito

Suzuki Eeco At Suzuki Ballito

I was given the opportunity to testdrive Suzuki's latest offering to South African motorists with the cost bustinglittle Suzuki Eeco panel van.

Assmall as it looks, it has a very large loading bay, wide enough to be able toslide a full sized South African pallet onto its one point six metre long loadbed. Certified to carry as much as two thirds of a ton, the Eeco relies onSuzuki's tried and trusted 1.2 litre fuel injected K12N sixteen-valve petrol engine, that delivers a clean 59 kilowatts and 104 Newton metres of torque. This iscoupled to a five speed manual gearbox.

Asis the case with all Suzuki models, the safety features are comprehensive withABS anti-lock brakes and EBD electronic brake-force distribution, coupled withESP electronic stability control and they threw in rear parking sensors, agreat feature when the Eeco is full. Dual front airbags protect the cabinoccupants.

Twosliding side doors make the load bay even more accessible and takes the SuzukiEeco to a level of its own. And being a commercial vehicle you get to claim theVAT back.

To find out more about the Suzuki Eeco and itsability to take a load off your work pile, speak to CMH Suzuki Ballito on 031001 9965 or visit their showroom at 35 Moffat Drive, Ballito
