The Fair with Flair

The Fair with Flair

Date: 2013-10-04
This year's Christmas Country Fair will take place on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 November at the beautiful Collisheen Estate, just outside Ballito. Hours are 9 to 5 on both days.

This will be the 61st fair presented by the north coast fundraising organization, the Christmas Fair Fund, and promises to be an even more enjoyable experience than in the past. As always, all funds raised will be distributed to local charities.

Over 80 stallholders from all over KZN will be selling their unique and mostly handcrafted merchandise, providing the ideal opportunity for some early Christmas shopping. Apart from the outstanding Christmas cakes and puddings that the Christmas Fair Fund members are famous for, there will be décor items, ceramics, jewellery, clothing, gifts, toys, Christmas decorations and much, much more on offer.

A supervised children's play area will give moms the freedom to get down to some serious shopping while the little ones are cared for and entertained.

A new access road via the Orchid House at Collisheen Estate will lead to ample parking, relieving the traffic congestion experienced in the past. A map of the stalls layout will be handed out at the entrance.

Entrance tickets will be R40 per person, which includes tea or coffee and generous eats. Tickets will be on sale at the entrance. A harvest table lunch will also be available at R50 per head. For more information, please contact Sue Rowland on 079 6963782.
