KZN's top 4 in the running to take Miss SA 2018 crown
The not-to-be-missed Women360 experiential event took place at the Sibaya Casino Sun Park in Durban last weekend as part of the official Miss South Africa regional competition.
The first Miss South Africa 2018 regional qualifiers have been announced following auditions in Durban this weekend. These four contestants now stand a chance to make it to the Top 12 which will be announced on May 3 ahead of the pageant on May 27.
They are Karishma Ramdev (23) of Chatsworth who is a fifth-year medical student at the University of Pretoria; Leah Prinsloo (22) of Morningside who is a qualified graphic designer; Noxolo Ndebele (24) of Pinetown who did her B. Comm Acc degree at the University of Zululand and currently works at IDT as a project financial controller and Avania Reddy (25) of Westville who is a qualified mechanical engineer.
According to sponsors Cell C and Sun International, the aim of Women360 is to present a positive, constructive, educational and entertaining platform, showcasing a variety of options available for women who wish to explore new avenues to enrich and enhance their lives.
Managing Executive: Cell C Commercial Communication, Suzette van der Merwe says: "Women of all ages are invited to come and unwind in a relaxing atmosphere where they can explore a new interest, purchase a great find, connect with inspiring speakers and experts or simply indulge themselves!"

Women360 started on Friday with Fashionation, where top Durban designers showcased their collections as they contested for the opportunity to become part of the panel that will dress Miss South Africa 2018 during her year of reign. The two designers selected were Treasure Cindi (from Musgrave) and Nduduzo Mgobhozi from Inanda).
The theatrical fashion exhibition is created by Joanne Katz, the executive producer of leading international fashion design channel Fashion One, and directed by Themba Makhalemele, who boasts years of experience producing African Fashion International Week.
